What is Internet check in?
Internet check in is offered by a growing number of airlines around the world. As a passenger you can check yourself in via the internet with a valid booking-code. During the flight check in process you can reserve your seat. The online check in desk opens between 24 to 48 hours before departure.
How does Checkmein work?
As soon as the flight check in online desk opens for your flight, we check you in and reserve the seat of your preference. You will immediately receive a confirmation-email that includes your boarding pass and seat number. If you don't have access to a computer or printer, you can print your boarding pass at the airport terminal.

Checkmein operates from Singapore. If you are living in Singapore 10%VAT will not be charged.
I'm not sure if you can check me in with my airline?
We offer our service for the following airlines: Aer Lingus, Air Berlin, Air Canada, AirFrance, Air Malta, Alitalia, Austrian, British Airways, British Midland (BMI), Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta, Emirates, German Wings, Iberia, Japan Airlines, KLM, Lufthansa, Martinair, Northwest Airlines, SAS, Singapore Airlines, Swiss, Transavia, Turkish Air, United Airlines, Virgin Atlantic. And our list is growing!
Does the price include my return flight?
No, for return flights we charge a discounted price of € 15,-.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
After you have confirmed your details you are directed to a secure payment page where you can specify your method of payment. We accept all major creditcards and work with Paypal.
Can I check in more than one person?
Yes, we check-in groups as well. It's often very smart to check in groups via checkmein, so we can place all members together. That's much nicer!
How does your guarantee work?
We have a success rate of 95%! We guarantee that we process your request within
10 minutes after the airlines check in desk for your flight opens. Unfortunately
we cannot always guarantee that we succeed in reserving you your first preference
seat. Some airlines for example have blocked the emergency exit seats because
they need to see you in person, sometimes your seat is just not available. In
that case we will select the seat of your alternative choice. If we don’t
succeed, we will fully refund you. So you don't have any risks!
How do I receive my boarding pass?
We will send your boarding-pass as a PDF via email.
During my trip I will not have access to internet
or a printer?
No problem! Most airports in Europe have self-service terminals where you can
simply print your boarding pass. If not, you can receive it at the airline check
in desk at the airport. More important; your seat is already reserved!
